When is avocado toast not a good choice to make???? Never! This is a simple recipe that everyone likes. This avocado toast is a quick recipe and easy meal for breakfast or a dinner party.
You can transform this into any flavors you want. Just use what you have in the fridge and make a delicious topping.
You can easily make this a keto dish and gluten free.

1 Tbsp lemon
1 baguette or similar
Pinch of red pepper
Preheat oven to 350 deg.
Place on baking sheet
Brush with olive oil
Bake for 15-20 minutes until toasted
Take avocado, lemon juice (red pepper and lime juice) in bowl
Mash avocado and salt to taste
Spread mashed avocado on toast
Top with your favorite toppings
- Hardboiled egg and bacon
- Sliced grape tomatoes and drizzled balsamic glaze
- Smoked salmon and capers
- Crumbles goat cheese and honey
- Pickled onions and chives
